Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have up to 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number when submitting your request.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete your return.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. 

A flat return shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund once your return is approved.

📦 DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
